Q: Is it safe to use my credit card on your site? 
A: Shopping at metanajewelry.com is safe. We use a 128 bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificate to ensure that all transactions are securely processed and that your credit card information is encrypted. 

Q: What is the status of my order?
A: Once you place an order and the payment has been approved you will receive an email confirmation for your purchase. Orders ship out within 2 business days of your purchase date. Once the order has shipped you will receive a second email confirmation that your order is on its way. 

Q: Can I return my purchase? 
A: At Metana Jewelry we make every effort for our customers to be satisfied. If you are not happy with your purchase please contact us at info@metanajewelry.com to request a return or exchange within 14 days receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging with all labels attached. Shipping charges cannot be refunded and the buyer is responsible for return shipping. 

Q: How long will it be before I receive my order? 
A. All orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail. For U.S. customers you should receive your order within 2-5 business days. International orders take approximately 6-10 business days. 

Q: Do you have expedited shipping? 
A: At checkout you have the option to select expedited shipping by choosing USPS Express Mail. Express Mail for the continental United States is 1-2 business days. Express mail for International orders and shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses are 3-5 business days. 

Q: What forms of payment do you accept? 
A: We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal.
