Returns

At Metana Jewelry we make every effort for our customers to be satisfied. If you are not happy with your purchase please contact us at orders@metanajewelry.com to request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, has damage, wear and tear, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted for a return. Sale items, special orders and personalized orders are all considered final sale and cannot be returned. 
 
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then you will receive a full refund for the cost of the item minus the shipping costs. This credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 to 14 business days. 
 
Damaged Items
We make every effort to check our merchandise for defects or damage before it is shipped out. If you received a damaged or defective item please contact us at orders@metanajewelry.com. We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We will make repairs or send you a replacement item within 60 days of receiving the damaged or defective item at no cost to you. 
 
Gift Items
If you received an item as a gift and would like to return or exchange it, please contact us at orders@metanajewelry.com. Gift items can only be returned for store credit.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
If you are shipping an item with a value over $50, please consider using a trackable shipping service such as USPS Priority Mail or delivery confirmation.
 
In your return package, please include a copy of your receipt with a written reason for the return and/or any exchange request. An email confirmation will be sent upon receipt of merchandise.
